General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for website design, app development, and graphic design but are subject to client satisfaction at each milestone.
  • No refunds are offered for hosting, SEO, and marketing plans due to their subscription-based and third-party-dependent nature.
  • This ensures that refunds are provided fairly, while protecting the business from unjustified refund requests.


Eligibility for Refunds

Website Design, App Development & Graphic Design

  • Refunds depend on milestone completion and the client’s satisfaction at each stage.
  • Clients must formally request a refund within 7 days of milestone delivery if they are unsatisfied.
  • Refund requests are not applicable in the following cases:
    (1)The milestone was already approved and work has progressed.
    (2)The project is 50% or more completed, making a refund impractical.
    (3)The refund request is due to a change of preference, not an actual failure to meet project requirements.

Hosting, SEO & Marketing Services

  • These services require continuous work and external costs, making them non-refundable.
  • Hosting, SEO, and marketing plans are billed in advance, and once the service period starts, no refunds will be provided.
  • Clients can cancel future renewals, but no refunds will be given for the current billing period.
  • Since SEO and marketing results vary, Projectsity does not guarantee specific outcomes, and refund requests based on expectations will not be honored.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

  • Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes once a service is delivered as per the agreement.
  • If a chargeback is filed, Projectsity will respond with documentation proving work completion.
  • Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as a breach of contract, and legal action may be taken.
  • If a refund is approved after reviewing the case, it will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • This policy protects against bad-faith disputes while allowing legitimate refund requests to be handled appropriately.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Before Work Begins (Full Refund)

  • If a client cancels a project before work starts, they are entitled to a full refund, except for any non-refundable deposits.
  • This allows clients to change their mind early without financial loss.

Cancellation After Work Has Started (Partial Refunds May Apply)

  • If a project is less than 50% completed, a partial refund may be issued, deducting the cost of work already done.
  • If 50% or more of the project is completed, no refund will be issued, as substantial time and effort have been invested.
  • This policy ensures fairness and prevents losses on both sides.

Cancellation of Hosting, SEO & Marketing Plans (No Refund)

  • Hosting, SEO, and marketing services are non-refundable once activated.
  • Clients may cancel before their next renewal date to avoid future charges.
  • Since these services involve ongoing commitments, refunds are not possible for the current billing cycle.

Requesting a Cancellation

  • Clients must submit a written cancellation request via email, specifying.
  • The reason for cancellation.
  • The specific service or project they want to cancel.
  • This ensures a clear record of the request and prevents miscommunication.

Processing Timeline for Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days.
  • If there are any outstanding payments, they must be settled before the cancellation is finalized.
  • This ensures a smooth transition for both parties.

Modification of Refund Policy

  • Any changes will be posted on the website, and clients will be notified if they are affected.
